Tropikal Sundai brings the holiday glow to your bathroom!
Our two main philosophies are:
1) We believe skin care should be simple, fun & care free a true representation of Island life.
2) We believe that mother nature has the abilities to heal, restore & nourish.
Tropikal Sundai brings products that are inspired by traditional Bajan skincare remedies with a modern twist. Our small capsule range consists of the Peachy Papaya Glow Serum, Crushed Coconut Scrub, Melon Dew Drops and Royal Rose Hydra-Mist.

Our Roots
We are based in Hackney, London.
Our roots are firmly planted in the heart of our sweet island of Barbados where we were taught some of our natural skincare remedies.

Founder
Born in the heart of Hackney, Ashlie - Selina spent most of her childhood learning about natural remedies. From a young age her mother used to spend Sunday’s teaching her about the raw plants and oils her gran used for both the hair & body. These ranged from Mauby bark, Bush tea and the ancient hot rum remedy for flu relief (please consult your community elder for further advice!)
In 2016, whilst on a scenic bike ride to Cherry Tree Hill her skin was inflamed with heat rash. On the way back her cousin introduced her to the benefits of using plants such as raw Aloe Vera Gel to soothe & heal her skin. Having her mother’s passion for natural beauty instilled in her fostered curiosity to curate her own line of products.
Ashlie- Selina studied at The School of Natural Skincare and holds an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Business studies alongside a CMI level 5 qualification in Management & Leadership. She enjoys traveling, cooking, hosting family gatherings and finds joy formulating new products.
