Order issues - Damages

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue. We want to keep our customers glowing and we will always try our best to resolve any issue.

Please do keep in mind that Tropikal Sundai’s products are handmade and are 100% natural. Therefore, each batch will tend to have different variations (slight changes in colour or texture). 

Tropikal Sundai ensures that all goods are packed securely for transportation. However, if upon arrival you notice that your goods are damaged* please email us as soon as possible at Hello@tropikalsundai.com. We will be more than happy to replace any damaged goods provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

  • Damage goods include broken bottles and jars. When reporting damaged goods please attach photographic evidence. 

Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We hope that you’ll be ecstatic with your products when they arrive but if anything is not right, we are here to help. 

If you, the customer are unhappy with your Tropikal Sundai order or change your mind for any reason, you must notify Tropikal Sundai within 7 days of receipt to return your order for a full refund (excludes shipping), providing the following conditions below are met.

Items returned must be in their original condition that the customer received them in which is unused, unopened and in their original packaging. This includes ensuring that all labels are affixed, unbroken or unopened as well as all temper seals are intact . Once we have received your return we will inspect all items before issuing a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund any opened or used beauty products.

Please note that items are your responsibility until they reach our office. When returning goods it is your responsibility to ensure that all returned items are wrapped in suitable packaging, to prevent damage to items. We can not refund return items that are damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you used signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning which also protects you against lost or damaged goods.

Please note we will not be able to refund shipping costs as it is directly paid to our shipping providers. 

For international orders, please note you could be charged a customs fee by your country, these prices are not affiliated with Tropikal Sundai. You, the customer will have to pay these fee to release the package. If any international orders are unclaimed and returned back to us, we can arrange re-delivery, however you, the buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping. Tropikal Sundai is not responsible for any custom fee charges, additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Nor do we assume responsibility for compensation / reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Tropikal Sundai.
