Shipping Policy

UK Shipping 

We use Royal Mail for domestic shipping.The shipping lead time is between 2 - 3 days from the date your order has been shipped. Any orders over £20 automatically receive free shipping( RM 2nd class delivery 2-4 days). We do offer first & 2nd class signed shipping for those who need their packages sooner.

International Shipping 

We use Royal Mail shipping on all international orders. The shipping time frame for international orders are 5-10 days which does not include custom processing delays and are unfortunately out of our control. Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

International customs charges & Taxes

International customers may be require to pay custom and/or duty charges and sales taxes . Please note that you, the buyer is 100% responsible for the charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for any additional charges. The additional costs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping costs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and custom charges that will apply to you. Before your package is released, you may be contacted by your local custom office to notify you of any relevant fees that are applicable to your purchase. Please note these charges are implemented by your countries government and are not associated with Tropikal Sundai or Royal Mail.

If any International packages are unclaimed and returned back to us, we can arrange re-delivery, however you, the buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping. Please email us at Hello@tropikalsundai.com(subject: Order # international re-delivery) We do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages.

Additional information

Orders are shipped during the weekdays, this does not include the weekends nor public holidays.
